is the main business activity of the franchise?
UCMHP
Edu Centre has the licensing rights to use the proprietary profiling method
known as the 9 Universal Character Archetypes method of Human Profiling (“9UCA”) developed and owned by Mr Yeo Hock Bee, to conduct courses,
trainings, seminars, conferences, physically as well as online, and to
franchise the business globally. This copyrighted methodology has helped many
individuals to clearly identify their unique characters, strengths and weaknesses.
It also maps out predictable success and pitfalls in many areas of one’s life
with high statistical accuracy – over 90%.

When did the 9UCA
started?
The 9
Universal Character Archetypes method of Human Profiling was developed by Dr. Bernard
Yeo (Hon. PhD) in 2008. This methodology is built after having analysed more
than 400,000 individuals over 13 years starting from 2008. Due to this
extensive work, he was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Human
Capital Development and Human Profiling for this outstanding research.

are the requirements to be a Franchisee?
Other than having an entrepreneur spirit
and investment capital for the franchise fee, potential franchisees should have
the following pre-requisites:-

5. How
much investment capital is required to secure the Franchise?
Currently, we are looking for Master
Franchisee for each country and if you are interested to secure the Master
Franchise for a specific territory, please complete the Application Form and we
will contact you to discuss on your suitability.
6. What
do I get as a Master Franchisee?
You will be licensed to use the
Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), in the selected Territory, to all UCMHP trade-marks, logo, confidential
information on the business model and the Franchisee Operating Handbook which
will provide you with all you need to set-up your office, seminar rooms,
registration process, marketing and promotion activities, Trainers’ training,
Trainer’s Guide for all the Courses, etc.
7. What
support do I get as a Master Franchisee?
You will need to send at least two of your
team members to attend the following training:-
a) Courses
- Trainers to be able to conduct the courses in a professional manner;
b) Operation
– Staff to be able to set-up office, marketing and promotional activities,
issuing Certificate of Participation, etc.
8. Can
I attend some of the Courses to get a feel of the quality of the programme?
Yes, we do conduct FREE seminar from time

9. Can
I talk to some of your Members to get a feel of the business?
Yes, we can arrange some of our Members to

10. Do
I get a commission for introducing people who are interested in the Franchise
