The 9 Universal Character Archetypes (9UCA) was developed by Dr Bernard Yeo (Hon PhD) based on his research and analysis of the data from over 400,000 individuals' personal character and behaviourial traits accumulated over 13 years since 2008.
This unique system can describe the character, personality, strengths and weaknesses of any individual with over 90 per cent accuracy as it is based on the mathematical formula called the Pythagoras Theorem.
To-date, over 50,000 trainees from all over the world have attended his training and many have also become Certified UCA Master Coaches.

UCMHP Life Mentor HR Recruitment
The UCMHP Life Mentor HR Recruitment course aims to enhance your hiring process by finding the best-qualified and most compatible candidate (from within or outside the organization) for the right job, in the right department, for the right superior in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible. It’s a recruitment process for the 21st century: the Universal Character Human Profiling Methodology. A multi-tiered process, the course will teach attendants to firstly analyse the requirements of a job, then attract applicants to that job before screening and selecting the most appropriate ones to be hired and integrated into the organization through a rigorous profiling methodology.
UCMHP Life Mentor Mediation Course
The UCMHP Life Mentor Mediation Course introduces participants to the basics of mediation and helps them utilize tools from UCMHP to become better mediators. The role of a meditator is a neutral third party attempting to defuse conflict and reach an agreement between opposing parties through their knowledge of effective negotiation procedures. The 9UCA can be an invaluable instrument during mediation as it allows all parties to better understand each other through the mutual analysis of their profiles. Tools from the The 9UCA methodology that could be used during meditation include:
• Identifying the characters, personalities and behaviours of Disputants
• Pre-empting the escalation of potential conflicts
• Identify miscommunication barriers arising from Disputants’ behavior and personality.
• Allowing the mediator to be better equipped with a wider variety of suitable techniques for conflict resolution.
